To help speed your order along, please include a completed Success by Design order form with all purchase orders. Include ALL order information even if it is repeated from a previous order. Incomplete order forms could delay the ship date.
Repeat custom orders must include a faxed or mailed copy of the artwork. Please see acceptable formats for handbook files and cover art for detailed information.
Please submit your order only once. If you must mail a hardcopy after the order has been placed, it must be marked as “Confirming—do not duplicate.”
Shipping & Delivery
For domestic orders: Refer to the Custom Shipping Schedule and map to determine a ship date and pricing.
Please note: SBD will work with the customer to reprint/re-ship any packages damaged or lost in shipment.
- We cannot guarantee processing/shipping/transit time or delivery to P.O. Boxes, FPO, APO, or overseas addresses. Provide a valid street address.
- Please keep in mind your delivery date. Someone must be at the address to receive shipments. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders returned or refused.
- Shipping charges are a minimum of $7.50. Please see the chart for shipping charges to your area. For Alaska, Hawaii, and all other locations outside the contiguous U.S. please call for pricing.
- Stock orders typically ship within 3 business days from receipt of order. Please refer to the shipping schedule to see the shipping time for Custom orders.
- Web orders using credit cards will be charged within 24 hours.
We will structure a payment plan tailored to your needs. Pay by regular (Net. 30) terms with a P.O. or with your personal or district credit card. We even offer delay billing. Please call for details.
Returns and Replacement
Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain Return Authorization for any returns. Returns will not be accepted without proper authorization.
Success by Design, Inc. employs skilled trades people dedicated to producing quality products you will be proud to purchase and utilize. Our systems and processes also insure quality and accuracy. It is our goal that you are completely and totally satisfied with your planners. If our quality and service do not meet your expectations, return the product to us, and we will gladly replace it, or offer you a refund.
